Dear Colleauge,

Eötvös Loránd University Budapest, Faculty of Primary and Pre-school Education and the Students of Tamás Varga Memorial Foundation organize a conference on May 9-10, 2014.
Conference participants will listen to Hungarian and foreign speakers talk about research in educational science and the didactics of mathematics as well as procedures and games tested in the teaching of mathematics. 

We are expecting the contributions of colleagues who wish to present their research results or share their practical experiences in one of the three sections below:
    • Tendencies and Current News in Educational Science
    • Thoughts about Learning and Teaching Mathematics
    • The Mathematics of Games

Contributions to knowledge of colleagues who do not intend to present, but who would be interested in the above-mentioned topics are also welcome. Plenary sessions will be held by internationally acknowledged invited speakers, sections will be led by well-known Hungarian instructors.

The language of the conference is Hungarian and English.
The 20-minute long presentations in the sections are followed by 5-minute discussions.
The presentations will be published in referenced conference proceedings and the ones connecting to ages of 0-12 may also be published as a research article in the  referenced Hungarian scientific journal „ Children and Education”.
